Bio-Health and Performance within the Sport Industry

Aim and Scope

The primary goal of this scope is to provide scientific and practical insights into various aspects of sports, focusing on sports management, performance, policy, and technology. This scope includes, but is not limited to:

Sports Management – The study of planning, organizing, leadership, and control in the sports industry, including club management, sports marketing, and sports events.
Sports Performance – Analysis of factors influencing athlete performance, including training techniques, competition strategies, and performance evaluation.
Sports Biomechanics – The study of mechanical principles in human movement to improve sports techniques and prevent injuries.
Sports Policy – The study of policies and regulations affecting sports development at local, national, and international levels.
Sports Medicine – The field that addresses the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of sports injuries as well as athlete rehabilitation.
Sports Psychology – The study of psychological factors influencing athlete performance, motivation, mental training, and psychological well-being in sports.
Sports Pedagogy – The science focused on teaching and learning methods in physical education and sports.
Sports Recreation – The study of sports activities for recreation and fitness, including community sports and sports tourism.
Disability Sports – The study of sports for individuals with disabilities, including inclusivity, adaptation, and the development of para-athletes.
Exercise Physiology – The science of physiological responses and adaptations to physical activity and its implications for training and health.
Sports Technology – The development and application of technology in sports, including performance analysis tools, wearable devices, and sports equipment innovations.
Sports Nutrition – The study of the role of nutrition in enhancing athletic performance and maintaining health in sports.
